Die Inhalte der von OnForTe betreuten Themen (Telearbeit, E-Learning, Internet/Intranet und Wissensmanagement etc.) sind auf der Homepage von ver.di-innotec unter Themen zu finden. Hier geht’s zur Homepage von ver.di-innotec Project Description  The expert-network "Online Forum Telearbeit" (OnForTe) (Online Forum Telework), which is working close together with "verdi-innotec" and "ver.di", was found 1997 as a joint project by three German unions (DPG, HBV, IG Medien) and part of the "Multi-Media-Büro" to promote telework in a regulated and employee-friendly way. A group of experts with different main objects - supported by a callcenter - is promoting telework by writing articles and books, answering questions on the phone and by e-mail, consulting shop-stewards and doing presentations and workshops for employees, shop-stewards and unionists. "OnForTe" is the first German employee-orientated advisory body free for all people seeking advice and won the INTEGRATA-prize. The project was also nominated for the Digi-Globe 1999. Another focus of the project, gaining more importance over the years, is research. Mainly on the area of telework but also on all new subjects related to chances in the working life caused by the information society. Starting only on telework as a subject, "OnForTe" nowadays is consulting also on e-Learning, knowledge-management, working in virtual structures and regulating work within the internet and intranet. OnForTe-experts are often asked by the worker representations to help negotiate company agreements or carry out presentations.
